Gift deed cancel or revoke by donor

Dear Lawyers team

Greetings

I am a Marine engineer, working from 1982 onwards. now, Father and two brothers are surviving in my family.I sent most of my earnings to my father for acquiring properties and managing since then. He bought 2 acares of land in 1984 and registered on my mother's name. in 1989 he bought another 2 acres registered on his name. Later properies kept on my name.

My mother passed away in 2008 April. as my father was turning 85 years , I requested him to transfer the properties on my name and with some exercise here and there he gifted and registered the property on my name and my son's name(minor). The two acres on my father's name GIFTED on my name and My mother's 2 acres Gifter to my son MINOR witht he support of the WILL.

In 2011, June, my younger brother pressurized him and asked to cancel the property registration and also a court case filed against me. In July, 2011, I was told that the registrations are cancelled by subregistrar on a complaint lodged from my father.

Please note the GIFT deed is unconditional and all properties acquired from my earnings. My father got transferred my mother's property with support of WILL executed by my mother before her death.

in this circumstances and losing trust in the family, how to protect my properties from brother & father who are trying their best to grab the property.

My query is, How a sub registrar can cancel the registered documents with any such complaint? As i gathered information through your query corner that the registered Gift deed cannot be cancelled by sub- registrar.

How I have to act against Sub registrar for his misdoings also protect from brother and father's court case. As I am NRI from last 20 years

Appreciate further any queries or clarifications need to analyze the case.

Kind regrads
