My father gifted his share in the property to his younger brother under certains conditions but the clause mentioning those conditions are missing in the registered deed.Now the younger brother is refusing to abide by those conditions.Can the deed be considered invalid or can be cancelled as the fact that some clauses are missing is clear from the fact that in the numbering the clauses move from clause number 3 to clause no 6 in the registered deed.
