Hi , My father want to transfer his whole company on my name by the way of gift deed .
We need to pay the stamp duty plus registration charges its OK .
My concern is that land is in the name of the Firm and My father is the proprietor of the firm so in which way we should proceed so that the total company will be registered under my name. i want company name should be same only the proprietor name should be change every where.
What we have to mention in the gift deed ? so that we can submit the same to the tax dept .for changes of ownership
