Dear Sir

Frdulent document gift settlement deed between a husband and wife has taken place on the landed properties of late father and was not at all party and also never any of the portion to his own legal heirs or anybody during his life time The Original Title deed of late father has also been notarised by the Public Notary under Notaries Act recently  Kindly indicate the papers/documents/sale deed/link documents needs to be presented by a settler before the Sub Registrar and in case any defects are noticed at the time of registering is the SRO concerned empowered to reject the same and if to indicate relevant act/section Any such fradulent documents are permissible under law Any supreme court/high courts in this specific case

Thanking you
