Can a clause be addded in gift deed of property that the deed will be valid after owners death. Owner of the propety will enjoy all benefits of property till he/ she is alive.

Execute a Will if you want to enjoy the property till the lifetime and pass the property to the other person only after death.

Madam , actually, elder son is insisting on gift deed, but owner is worried about using the said property till she is alive. Is it possible. pls also tell can this deed be changed after some time.
