My grand pa given on property by gift settlement to my dad. Now witness of the deed are not alive. so my father siblings filed case as that deed is false one. What would be solution for this. Can you help us in this

wehn your father has accepted the gift the property is his absolute one.
Though the witnesses are dead, you have to follow the procedure under Sec. 68 to & 71 of Indian Evidence Act. You can even exxamine an identifyoing witness or the sub-registrar whoregistered thedocument to prove the settlement. They must say that they have "animus attestandi". You van also examined any near relative of the dead wtinesses to indentify the signatures. Go thro the sections
