MOTHER GITFTED SOME LAND TO HER ONE DAUGHTER WITH HER FUTURE HUSBAND (JOINTLY) AND ONE LAND ONLY TO DAUGHTER (OUT OF ANOTHER ONE DAUGHTHER & TWO BROTHERS)IN YR. 1991.MOTHER DIED IN 1999 & DAUGHTHER MARRIED IN 2002.
NOW, HER BROTHERS & ANOTHER ONE SISTER IS DEMANDING FOR SHARE IN THAT GIFTED LAND.
NOW PL. ADVICE-
1. IS THERE ANY RIGHT OF BROTHERS ,FATHER OR SISTER.
2. WHAT WILL RIGHT OF HER HUSBAND.

you have not mentiones that the property is whether self acquried or ancestral property. if it is her self acquired property your mother has every right to executed gift deed and your brothers has no right to question the same.
