Gifted property

my fathers own purchased home n land gifted to me and it is registered in my name in sub register office, muncipal tax office and also in city survey and it mutated in my name. but lack of concentration it is not registered in RTC pahani wherein still my father name is there.now my father expired and brother put a case in court mentioning sharing in that property. now can he have chance to get his share in gifted property. plz suggest me sir, thanking you

No,he has no right in gifted property.

I hope the same is gifted before the registrar concerned? If yes then let him get the gift deed cancelled.

Submit copy of the deed for updation in records of RTC pahani .
