hi learned ppl,
i need a clarification girl i am married to said in her first marriage she never stepped into court only the guy in her first marriage sent her divorce papers and she never went to court is it possible for her to get divorce without going to court

may be the order is ex-parte or she may have given power of attorney to any one

Yes he might have got exparte divorce. She can get the copies from the said court for future purpose.
