Is this a Telugu girl? Weaver caste. Padmashali? I know a colleague who suffered exactly like you. He paid 5 lakhs to settle matter. These are professional con artists. What is CAW? Is it a women's protection organization? It looks like that investigation officer is also part of this scam. As per your statements you have no proof. Fine. Tell them you need time to arrange some money. Next hire a private Detective. He will get her total phone call records. This is only for your use. It can't go to court. Call the numbers in it. Ask who they are and nature of relationship. Some may tell. Some refuse. Next you and detective follow that girl separately and take photos of her with new men. Follow to any hotels. Detectives can Bribe staff to give room receipts. You are building evidence artifacts. Find out all relatives names and addresses of that girl. Create a Facebook page with your case. Ask others who suffered to post photos or documents. This is much more than you only. It's a criminal investigation. Once you have enough hard evidence lodge a cheating case against every single person - girl, parents, every single relative, new men she is meeting (without divorce; therefore a crime) and include the hotels or resorts as witness parties. Forget your social prestige. Society did not warn you or help you with CAW. Why are you so concerned? Do what is right.

2. How come your company has not cancelled her visa yet? You were served 498A and 406 and you did not show them to your employer yet? This should be your first priority. Get her visa cancelled and let the Indian consulate in UK know what she is upto (so that she cannot enter the UK with a clean slate)

 

3. Save all your evidence and file for divorce. 

 

4. Do not arrange to pay anything. File for court exemption of personal appearance in 498A, hand over power of attorney to either parent

 

5. Use your money to hire a private investigator who can fish out her earlier 'scam marriages' along with proof. Their names along with addresses must be part of your divorce notice. 

 

6. Your lawyer should advise if you can file case against her for polygamy, IPC 420

 

7. Attempt to get the guy in the hospital to hand over her information, you might need to grease his palms but he will do it. This is essential if you want a speedy divorce.

 

8. If her online profile mentions her age and you were fooled, have you never seen her passport? You gave it to your company for them to arrange her UK visa, did you not check her DoB?

 

Despite the prevailing notion that one must "settle" to win, in your case it would be foolish and criminal. You have evidence here and you must make full use of it. Again, I repeat, do not agree to pay one rupee. She has made quite a lot of money fooling others, doesn't mean you should be part of those who did. There is no law under which you can be jailed or found guilty, not with all the mountain of proof you have.

As long as there are jobless losers to "mutually settle" with a woman who indulges in criminal pursuit/conduct, whats the issue? The aggrieved man here has proof with him, but why use it in court?  You can go one step ahead and settle it for them, as you seem to be an expert at defining the "purpose of life".

it is only miuslim marraige which is complete on consumnation.  Other marriages are complete with ceremony.

 

Thanks to all experts for valuable advice. Since complaint is at CAW cell of delhi police and they have not give me copy of complaint , I have filed RTI which will take a month i.e. by mid of september I will get complaint copy then only I can show to my employer or embasy to cancel visa. DOB mentioned in docs and told to me are same but girl and few other people told her DOB is incorrect so its only verbal , I came to know this when they celebrated her B'Day on a different date in my home when I was out of station. In complaint they mentioned my name , mom dad , brother and sister as party w.r.to dowry,maar peet and cruelity. by bribing they stoped notice from CAW to post me, only after a month I came to know it and approched CAW cell and offered to return stridhan , but demand is very high and CAW is not giving and stamped receiving.Kindly suggest how to give her items back. In my absence she came two times and collected all her valuables , Since my mom dad do not have idea they allowed entry thinking she is returning back. All troble started when she got VISA before that they was accepting previous afairs and asking to forgive her, due to job I was out station so she enjoyed full control in my house.My only fault is that after getting idea about her past I haven't informed my parents that was a big mistake. Although they do not have any property but they live lavish life , always use OLA UBER , IPhone,high fy resturant etc. they used same jewellry in my marriage what they used 4-5 years back. I have Pics with date on that.She was in goa,manali ooty with diffrent guys , Pic I have , hotel is not ready to give bills. Her last one year OLA CAB bills I have , But still my case is not that much strong due to women only mentality of LAW. Can any one suggest a dectective in delhi with cost? I have one doubt , since she is claiming dowry and domestic volicene , what are the factors or chance she can proove it, by MLC max she can show small self made scratches or mental cruelity, if it was serious in nature then police may have remanded me. by health wise she is about 100 KG ,and my mom is 50 KG ( 60yrs old )so i do not think DV can impact my mom dad.

Have you even engaged a lawyer yet? From what you mention, it doesnt seem to be the case. Engage a lawyer and get the 498A and 406 complaint in your hands. And get this to your employer.

Sorry, I don't believe the part that your employer has more concern for your wife than you and wont cancel her visa. This means that you do not have anything in physical evidence to confirm that you have a 498A/DV/406 on you. Get them in your hands, then you can figure out how to get out of the case.

Do not "offer to return stridhan". This is absolutely wrong. Get it stored in a different place with a trusted friend under their name. Do not mention the location to anyone. You will only make use of it to settle the case when she withdraws all cases. If she doesnt withdraw, all of that is yours.

Forget hotel bills, these are of no use. Does the hotel manager take your biometric details when issuing a bill to you? On what basis do you think bills with her name would be of any use?

Who's feeding you this false information? Do you think courts are an extension of what you see in movies? Not so. Only facts are important here, not emotions.

 

i want to return stridhan , can i return it in CAW cell? , wife and her family is very arogent ( shouting on road) so i do not want them to come my home,She is not accepting my list of items and again she given a new complaint in caw on same case number, might be this time homework done with Vakil and prepared new set of aligations.Is addition of new aligations is valid on same complaint? She also insisting for FIR in CAW ,but CAW told atleast 3-6 months and after enquery they wil file FIR.Can she approch court directly? I searched this forum, few people mentioned that court will refer them back to CAW before FIR so only CAW can recomend it.

You want to return stridhan, even when she hasn't asked for it? Instead of asking for it, she files 498A on you and you are running behind her to return her stridhan. Wah re wah, hadh kar di aapne.

 

You seem to be scared of your wife, because she is 'shouting on road'. Check the stuff between your legs, dear man. Just to make sure you are a man. You really don't sound like a man at all now.

 

Buy a strong shovel and dig your hole even deeper. You'll need to, so that you can forget climbing out of it when you feel you could've won the case.
