Dear lawyers,
Me and my wife are living in USA from the last 6 years. We both are Indian citizens.
Recently I filed for divorce under the grounds of cruelty and adultery. My ex wife attended court hearings. Court granted the divorce but the divorce copy doesn't show grounds of divorce.
So if my ex wife files a case in India then how can I show the grounds of divorce to the judge?
