A friend had filed a complaint with Insurance Ombudsman at Mumbai for untenable deduction by Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd a GoI undertaking.
In 2019-20 After hearing the Ombudsman decided in favour of complaint and asked the insurer to pay the balance amount with interest.
Inspite of the Award being binding it was not complied with to harass the complaint.
What next ? Please advice.
