Govt.employee files a false case

Respected Members ,

Good day to you all.

Our tenant is a Govt.employee. He didnt pay rent properly in bank and we have all statements and evidence with us.

He vacated the house  but didnt give the key and asked for money for renovation to us which he is not supposed to renovate without our permission.

Now he has filed a false case accusing us that we closed his water, electric connection, break his lock etc., without any evidence . We are staying abroad. Also he has said that he has paid rent regularly and the bank statement is a proof that he has not paid for 9 months continuously and later too.

We are sure we may win the case. All he want is to drag the case so that he can stay there without rent and hoping that we will become weary and surrender to him , by giving money to withdraw the case.. But we just want to know since he is a govt. employee , what disciplinary actions will be taken when they come to know that he has filed a false case against innocent people and wasting their time, money , etc., with case.

Thanks everyone in advance.

Have a blessed week.

Regards,

Santhi

as such the thing that your tenant is a government employee is of no relevance to the case filed by him over you and so the same is applicable if the case he has filed over you is proved to be a false one
