There are may states and union territory across the Nation who have reluarised contract teachers working on off role in many schools. I am from Union teritorry Daman & Diu would like to ask you is there any straight rule or section on which we can get regularised from contract role? We have a case in CAT Mumbai for the same. We've been working since last 5 years on contract role. When we were recruited in schools at that time permanent vacant posts were available even we have been taken on contract role.
