Govt. service status

As you had joined after 2007 when prasar Bharti had become an autonomous body as govt. undertaking so you are not entitled to be equatted with the employees who were already in the employment priro to 2007.

sir, i joined my 1st appointment in same department in year 2002, and availed GPF, CGHS, CPWD quarters. The prasar bharati issue order for excisting employee upto 5/10/2007 are govt. status and maintain govt. status upto retirement (enclosed letter para11). I was in govt status and continue status till retirement before my reappintment( date 9/03/2009) in same department.

now i am availing GPF (old account number), 

I herewith enclose appointment letter after my technical resignation and some orders.
