Hi, My uncle bought a propertyin 80;s that time the property owner gave a power of attorney speiifically stating that the property can be sold , it was given to his wife in exchange of sale consideration after few years my uncle got the property transferred in his name. they are planning to build a house a trying to get a loan the bank is asking for the principal of GPA to issue a letter regarding the same, but giving of letters is impossible, how can we fix this can we make a gift deed in elses name and can we get a loan based on gift deed.

Thanks in advance

yes on the basis of the regd., gift deed you can avail the financial assistance from the bank.
