I want to sell the plot of residential land. But there seems to be an issue with the documentation. i.e I do not have original copy of power of attorney granted in favor of a person i bought land from. I only have copy of it with notary's signature. PGA is not registered. PGA was executed in 2005. Buyers not willing to buy land from me.
What is the solution. I do not know the whereabouts of the PGA holder or the person who executed PGA,hence i cannot have fresh one drafted. I am current legal owner of it duly registered with Sub Registrar and 7/12 extract has my name as the current owner. But still I am not able to sell the plot. Please advise
