Grandfather land

Dear Sir , 

My grandfather bougth a land from the Panchayt , he died without any will . He had Five Sons (My Father and Uncles ) . By mutually understanding , all brothers divided the property wihtour going court , with the condition that the land will not be sold outside the family . One uncle do the registry to another uncle , wihout any partition deed . ( witness all uncles )

Now uncle , who got the land with out any pertition deed , has sold the land without anybody concern , 

My farther has expired . Please let me know , do i have nay right on the land . till now no partition deed in the court has  been signed .

and how my uncle can do the registry to another uncle , while he is not the owner of the land .

You have right over your father's share...Are you the only child (issue)..What happened to you father's share?

we are two brothers , as i told you my father was witness n other property was by my grnd mother name ,
