I recently found my grand-father's(Mother's Dad) land registered documents(1938) ... When I visited Revenue office, they told me that , as nobody claimed for it, so Government taken and assigned it for people ...
In the registered document there is another registered document linked.. in which a portion of land given to my grand-mother.... My mother claimed for it in the year 1960 and it is under our possession till date...
So, what are the legal options we have now ... we can show grand-mothers case to get our land(grand-fathers) ..
My questions here is
1) Can we file a case in this regard..? where to file it
2) My brother is a politician, so we can handle the officials.. where exactly we can move here...
3) Due to land assignment act, are we eligible to get the grand-fathers property,,?
Please help us to solve...
