Grandfather's property

Hello sir

I am a dr by profession. My grandfather lives in our ancesteral property since 4 years.

My grandfather has 3 children, my father is the eldest, 2nd is aunt and last is my uncle.

My grandfather is giving money to my aunt since she has been married in 1993, as her husband doesn't do anything for living. though my aunt's husband is in sound health and qualified.

Now my grandfather is threatening my mother and father to sign on no objection certificate to give all the property to his daughter.

He is saying he has already written WILL on her name.

My parents are under great fear and willing to sign. But I don't want to give away our right on the property. My uncle is supporting us but still my grandfather is not ready to listen anybody.

Please let me know a way to stop my grandfather.

You can file a suit for partition and injunction against your grandfather and claim your share,
