Grandmothers share in her maternal ancestral property

My grandmother has her name as successor/heir in the maternal property which shared by her 4 brothers also total property 12Acers.  My question is what will be the share of my grandmother in that property. G.M died in 2002, legal heirs are my father, uncle and aut. what will be the percentage of share, share in 12 acers

grand mother's share is 12 divided by 5 (GM + 4 of her brothers), that comes to 2.4 acres.  That 2.4 acres would be devided equally amount your father, uncle and aunt, that is 2.4 divided by 3 and each will get 0.8 acres.

Thanks for reply sir, Means she will get equal share? Her father died before 2000, amendment to act 2005;1994 Maharashtra govt. Amended to acts may or may not affect the share?, please help to understand me the same
