Gratuity eligibility

Hi, I was working for wipro chennai for 4 years 8 months and 11 days. I would like to know My Eligibile for Gratuity. More over my Leave is also there for 41 days which can be treated as service period for company I would like to know my gratuity eligibility Thanks and regards Sathish kumar
