Guide me

I filled RTI application to collect all required documents to Thahasildar. But no reply and I appeal rule 19(1) to Assistant commissioner, they order to Thahasildar send all required documents to applicant with in 3day but no response again and I appeal rule 19 (2) to Karnataka information commission is till bending.... please guide me how can I collect the required documents in Thahasildar office.... please help me

Manage officer of concerned office and get your required documents.

Is IT some third party information?

In case of Non compliance the commission may impose penalty.

it's record of form 53 application to grant land of government land, my father apply in 1998 therefore Thahasildar build legal record in 2017 to grant land thus records I apply in RTI to Tahasildar.
