Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm living in a multistorey high rise building in Ghaziabd whose handover took place few days back, now I want to ask few questions regarding the same:
1. Completion certificate is not yet obtained for that Building, what will be the consequences if builder handed over the society?
2. There is no General Body Meeting called before handing Over process. What actions we can take on the elected RWA for the same?
3. What should be the minimum parking size for car & two wheeler in a multistorey appartment? Whose will be the owner of parking, Builder or RWA?
4. No audited balance sheet is shown to us for the last three years by builder and even by RWA. What action we can take against them?
5. Whether we are suppose to pay service tax on maintainance?
6. Whether is it legal by RWA to take all the decisions by its own, without any GBM?
