HARASSEMENT OF RECOVERY AGENTS FROM HDFC

Hi Fourm Im getting Harrasing calls from HDFC recovery agents after this i stop picking up the phone now those peoples are visiting my home...

Here the problem is i have outstanding amount not paying my dues since 2 months cause im jobless i got huge loss in my business now im very much frustrated please let me know how to get rid of this thanks ...

just file a police complaint that hdfc recovery agents have harrased you,

as per rbi rules bank personnel cannot harras anyone for loan receovery.

Put them to notice in writing immediately and sent copies of the same to the local press and police.

You must document evry call and evry visit of recovery agents, you should note down the incoming numbers and always ask for the name of the person calling you and also inform the local polce in writing about harrsament.
