Harassing husband during divorce petition pending

THE COUPLE HAS FILED MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE ,  IMMEDIATELY AFTER A WEEK THE HUSBAND HAS STARTED HARASSING THE WIFE BY SAYING THAT HE WOULD WITHDRAW THE CONSENT AND TROUBLING HER BY FOLLOWING HER AND DISTURBING HER AT WORK PLACE.WIFE DOES NOT AT ALL WANTS TO LIVE WITH HIM.WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN ON THE HUSBAND CAN SHE TAKE A CRIMINAL ACTION OR REPORT IN THE POLICE STATION.PLEASE ADVICE. SUGGESTION ARE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

He cannot harass her at workplace or follow her. it may amount to stalking under 354D of IPC. if specifics of his act are known, 503 and 504 may also be attracted. You may prefer a police complaint. now as regards your divorce petition, there can be a unilateral withdrawal by any party. if he withdraws, you need a ground (read evidences) to file your petition (i am presuming he will resist).
