Dear Experts,
I live in an apartment with 16 flats owned by 13 people. The apartment is not a registered society and we have been requesting the committee to register the same. The members of the committee are not listening to the request and instead making rules and collecting money as per their convenience.
Recently, they passed a notice that a new Gen set will be installed to replace old one and a heavy charge will be collected by each owner. We are not in favour of this and the committee is saying that we will not get the generator facility if we do not pay.
Please advise what options do we have to stop the malign intention of the committee.
