Dear Swastik Nathji

Is there any Section in IPC also for repeated Phone Calls despite notice not to do so

And when such calls are aimed at pressurizing for an Out of Court settlement in respect of a Civil Suit or to get back the amount of dispute in the Civil Court, What Sections of the IPC would be applicable?

Will it amount to Criminal Intimidation also? along with the Section 66A of the IT Act?
