Recently my family had filed a court case against neighbors (A, B, C) due to encroachment of common passage, now they are harassing us in every way possible. for that my family had filed 504 CRPC. Now they are maligning my wife's name, collecting signatures from neighbors( 3 of them and many other neighbors have businesses with thrm) and submitting to police, conjuring as my wife's immoral behavior with men and other people who come in contact with us. they want us to withdraw the civil case of encroachment and also they are getting help from local club to do this injustice and my family can't get witness due to whole local residency is composed mainly of them and their other business venture houses. any help on this?
