Heartful Trust is important on lawyers. The fixation date already informed by your lawyer. That is enough. 

Hi, Actually first hering atteded on 05.11.2013 and on same day judge given next hearing date is on 21.02.2014 written on my dairy. but now lawyer is telling on 22.02.2014. 22nd will be saturday and dont know court will work or not.am not blaming lawyer and lawyer might be busy with his work.If I ask second time my lawyer will not respond thats why am asking. Thanks for understanding.

lawyers can also be wrong in communication with you, so if you have any doubt, better go to the court personally on 21/02 and check it for yourself, and call your lawyer same day or wait for the other date.

alternatively, you can check on the district courts website of your district, you should know your case number.

Check it with reference of CR/ case num and from Reader sitting with judge, believe on your lawyer. dont be confused.

You can check reader register in court in which they write next date against your case.

Or simple go in court office and confirm date from clerk from your court file.
