Hello,
I have not used GPRS on my mobile. Still, Idea is saying you have downloaded the Data heavily which is causing the bill 8000. In fact, I have not downloaed anything at all.
I talk to customer care, senior officer. they are not ready to listen to me, instead saying you have to pay it.
I have not yet pay the bill.
What should I do?
