Heirship certificate

Sir, I have applied for heir-ship certificate in Civil court.I applied it through advocate and valuation of the property comes to around 30lakhs.What is the fee payable as Stamp duty for court order.My advocate is prescribing it as 3% of the valuation asper court order.However court order available online do not mentions exact amount payable. Kindly guide on this.

Sir,

Fees comes to 90,000/- not 9000/- so just wanted to comfirm the same. It seems quite high.

Please guide on the rates of stamp duty for applying heirship certificate? (i.e. % of property value )
