My brother marrige done in April 2014. after 15 days of marriage i have received a call from unknow number, caller wish to talk with my brother's wife and she talk with him than cut the phone. She called her father and next days her father came at our home and moved with her daughter their home. in last week the June 2014, my brother's wife came with my brother in our home. than once again on 1st week of July once again received called from same person than my brother asked her who is calling but she not replied and she called her brother and left the home. after some days we find that she filed a rape case against her father's friends that he raped her lot of time since 2009. than my brother filed a complaint to police and filed a annulment the marrige based on Fraud in September, 2014. My brother wife filed false 498a case on my brother, me , smallest brother, father, mother, 2 maternal uncle and my wife in December 2014 after receiving annulment of marriage notice. police called us for inquiry and we attend the inquiry and submitted the our statement to police but police not take seriously our statement and evidence. without sendig the 41a notice to us police in April, 2015 police arrest my brother and submitted the chargesheet and remove the all the name me, my wife, smallest brother and my 2 maternal uncle. we handover all the stridhan to police. now chargeframe is pending and which counter case file against my brother's wife in delhi. please suggest. brother's wife filed 498a, DV, 406, and 323 in Rajasthan.
