You have to apply for Gazette publication for spelling mistake in your name on the certificates. You can follow the procedure to submit an application in the govt. press office, near chamchalguda jail, Hyderabad if your residing in A.P.

I AM APPEARING FOR DEFENDENT. I CONTEST THE CASE AS,  " BARE INJUNCTION SUIT WITH THE PRAYER NOT TO ALIENATE IS NOT MAINTAINABLE" YOU MUST FILE SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE CASE.

SO MAY CITATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO SECOUNT SUIT (SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE SUIT) IS BARRED UNDER ORDER 2, RULE 2 C.P.C.

BUT MY QUESTION IS        FIRST BARE INJUNCTION SUIT IS NOT MAINTANABLE IN SALE AGREEMENT CASES.
