I\'m Having a land in the Outskirts of my City in KARNATKAKA STATE in Bangalore Mysore Highway. My City Falls under the City Municipal Corporation & we do Have the Urban Development Authority, MY Land Falls Adjacently to Both Railway Track and to the State Highway.
Recently in the Council Meeting the Urban Authority Had Recommend to the Head quarter to taken over the my Land to the purpose of the Park.
Is any way possible to Protect My Land from this act & in any Possible way according to the Law which I can challenge in the HON. court to save My Land. Kindly Help me.
