My wife filed a false 498A on me in 2008. Court has sent summons to her to come to court and give statements in October 2009 for which they came after so many months late and finally asked for reinvestigation. The reinvestigation was cancelled in May 2010. Again in July 2010 police filed for reinvestigation and court accepted it. This time we went to high court and got that revoked. In October 2010 again summons were sent to them. But everytime court is postponing the case that the summons were not sent or recived by them. Looks like the person responsible for this is doing it wantedly. If summons were received by them they have to come to court and give their statements. So somehow they are playing this trick.
So can someone help me in letting me know who will the people responsible for sending the summons (police or court officials).
If this is being done purposefully how to take action or whom we can complain on this?
