HELP PLEASE; URGENT; LABOUR LAW

case of unfair dismissal/termination. my lawyer did not raise issues for which documentry evidence was available, in claim & rejoinder, before the presiding officer. after lot naging he applied for amendments, which have been refused. what ramedy now available. i am from delhi.

Move appreciate application before the LC & requesting him to grant the permission to amend the plaint in the interest of justice.

dear prem ji thanks for yourvalued adivce. however i have failed to understand what yourgoodself mean by appreciate application before the LC. pls give full form of LC.is there any time limit for submitting this application. thanks.
