Hi,
I am possibly facing a DV case/Maintainance battle in near future.For the same need some advice.My Wife is currently staying in the same house and is giving trouble to me and my parents.
Talk to her, ask what her problem is.
I am owning a house jointly along with my father and want to follow this approach .Experts please provide your inputs.
1>.Relinquishment deed in favour of my father to transfer my share to him. 2>. Filing DV on her in the later stage along with the Divorce proceedings going on currently.
No use transferring your share etc. You do it now and in case court wants to auction such and give proceeeds to your wife or hand over such to your wife, it will jollywell do it. You cant do anything regarding it, as court will only see date when you transferred all this to your fathers name, transferring now will only show ill intent of yours.
please provide some remedy.Thanks in Advance.

Adjust with wife. Wives have main problem of adjusting with inlaws. You are married, go stay somewhere else leaving your parents, has she not come leaving her parents? You also do like that and see, surely it bring changes in her behaviour.
In Indian context husband dont have any remedy or cover when wife starts punching, its only take the blows and take some more till she gets tired. There are no cases as of now, dont simply put your old parents in trouble by staying with them.
Go take rented accomodation and shift, atleast then if she files some case on you, only you will suffer, not your parents.
