Hello Experts,
My Husband says in 340CRPC and 91 file case filed by me that its matter of record.( FDR and investment, ). He accepted few details filled by me (Bank account, FDR), But I came to know that he is having FDR in other banks also which he did not disclosed.
Will it be against him as in his latest affidavit and reply to my 340 CRPC and 91 he did not disclosed his FDR.
What step should I take with new proof of his investment. Interim maintenance has been ordered by court and final order is yet to come.
