Dear sir,
I filled a petition on d basis of cruilty and my wife is also fille that i am leaving her for money demand (completly false allegation ) and she want to stay with me.
as per court order i am giving 7000/- maintenance. we are fighting this case from 1.5 year.
Now i fought a Parshad (councellor) election, in which a option son/daughter/wife of... she maintioned her father name, didnt mantioned her husband name. she loose in election.
my q is Is it legally correct to hide her husband name after marriage.
