High court office objections to mfa 1 appeal?

Hi,

I filed an MFA 1 for trial court divorce order in high court. The high court office raised some objections to rectify the issues related to certified copies of the trial court order. My Lawyer took some time to know about these issues, then he has to apply for the fresh copies of the trial court judgement again. So, because of the lack of time we got late to rectify the objections. Now High court scrutiny office says, they have sent  MFA infront of the judge.

I would like to know, Can the judge give time to rectify the issues?. We have got the corrcted certified copies from the trial court again and can furnish it immediately.

What  problems I may face in future?  My life is at stake and already 6 months over since the trial court order. I filed MFA well within 3 months of time.  So want to move the case in the high court as soon as possible.

Kindly advise me how can it be done?

Regards

Mani
