High court's decision

In a dowry case,If an offence took place in more local areas than one. So, can one of the court in  any one of those local areas do have the right to take cognizance against all the accused or not ? If , some of the accused are given relief due to territorial jurisdiction by the high court , can thisdecision be challanged in the Supreme Court ? If, this can be challenged, what are the chances that the Supreme Court can set the High court's decision aside ? Also in this scenario does Sec 178(a) & 179 are attracted ?  Example : Sujata Mukherjee Vs Prashant ukherjee (1997) & Sunita Kashyap Vs State Of Bihar (2011)

excuse due to barr in territorial juridiction is not accepted.

you can appeal in sc against the decision of the hc.

and there are 80 % chances when sc had set aside the decree of high courts in such cases.
