What is the stamp duty payable in Himachal Pradesh for property given on Leave and license basis or on lease basis. I searched through the Net and was only able to find that the rate of stamp duty for sale deed is 8% but I am not able to find the stamp duty payable for leave and license basis. Also if somebody has the soft copy of Himachal Pradesh Stamp act stating provisions relating to leave and license please upload it and send it to me.
