Pls let me know judgements in HMA 24 where Court (specially Punjab & Haryana High Court) directed to the wife also to file her income affidavit for deciding interim maintenance as Delhi High Court done in the matter of Kusum Sharma vs Mahender Kr Sharma.
District & sessions court, Faridabad decided maintenance to my wife in hma 24 while she has not filed her income affidavit.
