i have one home loan with bank of baroda, now i want close it so i went with full amount DD after confirming my balance amoun with advance officer.

i confirm same with branch manager, he agree the amount but refuse to give me my documents and NOC, as i was Guarantor in one computer loan of rs. 60,000 /- and the same is NPA since last three years,

pls guide me, wath are legal option i have..

you have the liability to pay for computer b'cauz you are guarantor or apply for settlement scheme in the NPA Account.

But bankers doesnot have any authority to posses the papers untill unless you have not signed any document in which you have gien the authority to bankers for imposing lien.

If no, Draft a letter and send to bankers with regd.A.D and thereafter a legal notice and file a writ before highcourt for such illegal acts.

You will definately get relief.
