I have a sanction loan from HDFC bank in oct-2012. i have purchased a resale flat in jan2013 in lonavala municipal corporation. HDFC LTD giving loan to approved project in that area. my question is that for my resale & clear title property HDFC LTD or any other bank can refuse the loan??
i want to know the which law related to loan to be given areawise or refusal??
Please help.
also help me to giveany minimum timeline mentined by law??
