Hi, i have constructed house on the land which belongs to others, I am not aware of the same while constructing the same, after some time I came to know land belongs to others he is my neighbour. I requested him to transfer land in my name and I will pay for the same. But he is not ready to listen. Now I want to go to court for getting possession of the property. I have question here that if I can't get the land shall I apply in court for demolist of house which I was constructed in others land, because construction done by me. Please advise ?
