House owner Agreement

Location: Bhandup Mumbai. .. After giving notice prior to 1 month to owner verbally. . She asked me and my 2 roommates to vacant flat after 1 month and the next day she will give our deposit back of 25000rs per head As deposit was of 75000rs total. Now I left my flat at 30 sep 2013 and she's making false allegations that I broke the furniture and she will deduct 10000 rs from my deposit and so as 10000 from my roommate deposits. New tenants shifted their belongings to that flat and have started living also. I want my money back as nothing was done to her furniture and everything is fine now. my roommate are not supporting me They just agreed to take 15000 and move. I don't understand what to do.. would mumbai police help me?
