My rental agreement with my landlord is expiring soon. I would like to create a rental agreement to extend my stay. On on Rs. 100 stamp paper I would like to create a rental agreement and get it registered. On another Rs. 100 stamp paper my house owner would submit amount to MHADA. Is there anyone who can help me out on this? Thanks a lot,
