How and what is the procedure to make the property from elde

Hello . Sir/ Madam .

My father bought a house near vijayawada and that property is in my father name , and he expired 4 years Ago . And we are 3 childerns . now my mom wants to write the property to the Last One in the family . ( youngest one ) , being the elder we dnt have any objectino regarding this . now all i need to know is what is the procedure to make the property to my younger bro .

because As of now Still the property is my fathers name . can you please tell me all the step by step procedure . to make this happen with out any future Issues . .

at the outset whether the will is made of your father or has he died intestate . If he has made will than according to will things will flow . If not than all will have equal share in property . NOC shall be required of every one . First Transfer the property in your mother name . Than take noc from every one to transfer the name in whose name you all want to transfer the propertty.

Get the property mutated in the name of all the legal heirs first i.e. your mother and all the children and then, all the other heirs should execute registered relinquishment deed in favor of the youngest brother. In this way the youngest brother will become the sole owner of the property.
